Accreditation Specialist

Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality Management is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive quality and patient safety program and facilitates the hospital's compliance with all accreditation and licensure standards.
The Accreditation Specialist is responsible for overseeing, monitoring and working with others to develop processes that will be in compliance with regulatory standards.
Minimum Education:
Graduate of a Program in Healthcare requiredBachelor's degree preferredRequired Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Certification in Healthcare Quality preferredLicenses:
Licensed in a healthcare field for the VA Department of Health or compact State (if applicable) requiredMinimum Work
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in Quality and Outcomes management, or related healthcare experience requiredPrevious Quality Assurance experience preferredEqual opportunity and affirmative action employers and are looking for diversity in candidates for employment:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
