Clinical Instructor - School of Radiology

The Clinical Instructor is responsible for the supervision, evaluation and grading of students in the clinical environments as scheduled.
The Clinical Instructor is also responsible for maintaining positive relations with the clinical site management, technologists and support staff in order to create a positive clinical experience for all parties.
The Clinical Instructor serves as a member of the Advisory Committee and holds an equal responsibility in the programs' accreditation processes.
Minimum Education:
Graduate of program in Radiologic Technology required.
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, Education or associated field required.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Licenses:
Registered by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Professionals required.
Membership in the Virginia and American Societies of Radiologic Technologists preferred.
Minimum Work
Experience:
One (1) year experience as an ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist required.
Experience supervising student technologists preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
