Systems Analyst II

Provides technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to user departments in evaluating, selecting, installing, and supporting automated information systems.
Assists in analyzing, specifying, reviewing, and implementing a total hospital information system.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent business experiences.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Formal training or direct experience with personal computer systems and applications including spreadsheets, word processors, and databases.
Formal training or direct experience with the Windows desktop and server platform required.
Knowledge of networks, client-server computing, help desk, HTML, and other computing platforms helpful but not required.
Requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns including week-ends and holidays to insure continuity of care and appropriateness of IT&S coverage to the patients of Sovah Health Danville on all units.
Minimum Work
Experience:
Two years recent experience in a hospital information systems department.
Experience in evaluating, selecting, and/or installing automated information systems.
Prefer experience with multiple systems running on various platforms.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
