Registered Nurse - Employee Health
Provides and promotes employee health programs to employees, physicians, volunteers and students.
Supports the worker's compensation program and OSHA log for Sovah Health Danville.
Minimum Education:
Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing requiredRequired Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association requiredLicenses:
RN licensure by the Virginia Board of Nursing or compact state requiredPhlebotomy, computer proficiency, ability to operate PortaCount machine for N95 fit testing.
Minimum Work
Experience:
Two (2) years of nursing experience requiredPrevious experience in Employee Health or Occupational Health preferredEqual opportunity and affirmative action employers and are looking for diversity in candidates for employment:
